*4.POWERS* The company limited by guarantee (CLBG) has the following powers which may be exercised only in promoting the objects (Aims & Objectives):
4.1 To provide clinical support around the emotional, mental, psychological health and wellbeing needs of children and young people.
4.2 Through the commissioning and use of clinical practitioners, mentors, (befrienders) and practical activities; promote the positive engagement of children and young people, with educational, training and other structures and systems.
4.3 To work directly and indirectly with children and young people, parents, carers, YOT, schools and/or all support structures working to support children and young people in building personal self-awareness, confidence, and resilience in overcoming emotional, mental, and psychological challenges.
4.4 To liase with and work jointly with some or all of central and local government, industry bodies, other mental health and well-being organisations and services to develop and implement strategies, training and peer support for practitioners involved in direct work and support of children and young people based on an evolving understanding of their present and future socio-psycho-economic needs.
4.5 Through the utilisation of both external and internal mental (health) experts, tools, and information (Focus Care Youth Service) will provide a "need to support" based interactive support structure(s) for children and young people in (developing) the knowledge and understanding (of) mental health and emotional well-being issues and how to access support.
